McAfee Research to SPARTA, 4/9/05

The previously announced transfer of the assets, people, and contracts of McAfee Research to SPARTA, Inc., will be effective late next week. Friday, April 8 will be our last day as employees of McAfee, and Monday, April 11 will be our first day as employees of SPARTA.
