Correcting cryptographic mythology

Matt Blaze uses publicly available documents to correct the record on the demise of the Clipper chip, in response to claims by Mike McConnell in a New Yorker article by Lawrence Wright. The New Yorker's justly famed fact-checkers seem to have nodded on this one.
