The headline of a San Francisco Chronicle article had me going:

Alzheimer Victim Sold 11 Organs

Not quite in the league with the classics of the Columbia Journalism Review regular feature "the lower case," such as

Squad helps dog bite victim

and

Red Tape Holds up Bridge

but momentarily disorienting.
